Miz Kathi’s Cotillion Southern Café, a beloved Southern scratch kitchen in Wildwood, FL, is looking for a skilled and reliable Line Cook to join our fast-paced, family-owned restaurant team.
We specialize in handcrafted Southern dishes with a modern twist, made from scratch daily. If you have a passion for comfort food, high standards, and thrive in a busy kitchen, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Line Cook (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Location: Wildwood, FL
Schedule: Flexible (Morning and Afternoon shifts, Tuesday–Saturday)
Pay: Based on experience, performance, and availability ($15–$18/hr)
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and cook menu items to Cotillion standards and specs.
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Assist with prep work, batch cooking, and scratch-made dishes.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure ticket accuracy and speed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of line cooking experience preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and ability to keep up in a high-volume setting.
Knowledge of scratch cooking techniques a big plus.
Team player who can take direction and also work independently.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
