We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to join our Blue Gator team! The starting salary range for this position is 48k to 58k annually. Salary is negotiable and depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operation of kitchenstaff
Monitor quality of products andservices produced
Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel toensure optimalefficiency
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
Maintain health standards for raw and finished products
Conducting and training for opening/Closing procedures
Orders/Inventory/Pricing/Vendor Relations
Ability to be trained and proficient on all kitchen positions from Line/Expo/Prep etc.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or other related fields
Knowledge of common food safety practices
Strong leadership qualities, customer service skills, and problem solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision
Excellent written and communication skills
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift 35 lbs.
