We are a licensed Electrical, Plumbing, and Mechanical Contractor seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team. This is a full-time position with room to grow in a fast-paced and professional construction office environment.
Job Duties:
Answering phones and directing calls
Scheduling appointments for service technicians and project managers
Managing emails and client communications
Assisting with permit applications, filing, and documentation
Creating and maintaining job folders and project files
Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
Data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks
Supporting office operations and management as needed
Requirements:
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Internet)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in a construction or trade-related office is a plus
Highly organized and dependable
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in their work. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so a positive and professional demeanor is important.
Location: Ocala, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: Based on experience
