Description We are in search of a dedicated Sales Analyst to join our team located in North Miami, Florida. This role will primarily focus on providing customer support, assisting with internal sales processes, and ensuring accuracy of orders in the system. You will be instrumental in verifying shipping information and ensuring prices are correct. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support and assistance Assist with internal sales processes to ensure smooth operations Input order information into the system accurately Verify correctness of prices and shipping information in the system Work collaboratively with the team to support sales across the American continent Utilize Excel to create pivot tables and perform VLOOKUP functions Communicate effectively over the phone with customers and team members Take responsibility for tasks and demonstrate a proactive approach Assist in other tasks as needed to support the sales team. Requirements The role requires a minimum of 0 years of experience in a Sales Analyst position or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for this role. The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. A keen attention to detail and an aptitude for data analysis is required. The candidate must have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate must have the ability to interpret and draw meaningful conclusions from sales data. Knowledge of sales software and CRM tools would be advantageous. The candidate must have strong negotiation and sales skills. The ability to quickly learn about new product offerings and explain these products to customers is required.
