Description Job Overview: The Logistics Clerk is responsible for coordinating and tracking the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations within the supply chain. This role involves preparing shipping documents, processing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and working closely with carriers and internal teams to resolve any shipping or delivery issues. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills to ensure the smooth flow of goods.Key Responsibilities:
Process orders and prepare shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, packing slips).
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Update inventory records and ensure accurate data entry.
Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve any shipment issues or delays.
Assist with scheduling shipments and arranging transportation as needed.
Perform routine administrative tasks related to logistics, such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
Requirements
