Description If you excel at juggling various administrative tasks, Robert Half has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic management team. This role offers the chance to showcase your talents in a challenging yet supportive environment. Located in Miami, this Executive Assistant position is a long-term contract with the potential for permanent hire.Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.

Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

Arranging travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.

Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, and requests.

Organizing and maintaining executive files and records.

Assisting in preparing and reviewing documents and reports.

Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Managing administrative tasks, including expense reports and budget tracking.

Assisting in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.

Conducting research and gathering data for executive decision-making.

Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Supporting special projects and performing ad hoc tasks as required.

Upholding a professional and positive image of the executive office.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bilingual Spanish

Demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable administrative position.

Proficient in office software and communication tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and email.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adjust to changing priorities.

Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and colleagues.
