As the Data Entry Clerk, you will handle a range of accounting and finance tasks, including accurate data entry of information into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases. Located in North Miami, Florida, this Data Entry Clerk role is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity.What you get to do every day
Working on special projects as assigned
Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
Adhering to policies and procedures when performing operations; reporting needed revisions
Handling highly sensitive information
Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks
Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met
Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies Requirements - Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
Data Input experience
Data entry experience
Solid understanding of QuickBooks
Possess strong Microsoft Excel skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer skills
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
