Job Title : Administrative Support Specialist Location : Eglin AFB, FL Canvas, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist! In this role, you will perform Advisory and Assistance Support (A&AS) and support financial management functions for the 96 Test Wing (96 TW). The Administrative Support Specialist will provide non-personal administrative support to the Government by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. These functions will include but are not limited to: preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. The Contractor shall have knowledge of AF directives and procedures in support of typing Government documentation (e.g., travel orders). The Administrative Support Specialist must demonstrate proficiency in the maintenance of publications and office organization. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with managing organizational workflow mailboxes and calendars.

Managing Task Management Tool (TMT): disseminating new tasks to departments leads, consolidating responses, and managing closing tasks by suspense dates.

Utilizing Microsoft Office & Teams to coordinating and run meetings, and manage calendars.

Maintaining organizational charts, Memorandum of Agreements (MoA), and spreadsheets.

Building and presentations slide presentations in-person or virtually.

Draft meeting minutes.

Required Experience & Skills :

Bachelors degree in relevant field. Experience can be substituted for education requirement if relevant to positional duties.

Experience with Government Administrator (GAM) and Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).

Able to work independently and effectively communication and collaborate with all levels of management within an organization.

Excellent customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.

Advanced experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.

Acute organization and time management skills.

Clearance Level : Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
