Title: Advertising Associate

Division: Arthrex, Inc. (US01)

Location: Naples, Florida

Main Objective The Advertising Associate is responsible for supporting the Advertising process for print and digital marketing collateral, including asset creation, developing content, post campaign management and assuring all advertisements adherence to all Arthrex styles and global brand standards, as well as compliance with FDA rules and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Advertising team process in a variety of promotional and educational materials targeted to surgeons, health care professionals, patients, veterinarians and others
  • Deliver timely and accurate reviews of advertising content at various stages in the review cycle
  • Proof spelling and grammar, punctuation, trademark usage, medical terminology
  • Ensure message accuracy and apply consistent product message (tone/terminology) across portfolio
  • Ensure Advertisements adheres to Arthrex styles and global brand standards.
  • Manage reviews within the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
  • Simultaneously manage multiple project assignments of varying complexity and urgency
  • Partner with cross-functional team of creatives, project management, and digital librarians throughout project life cycle
  • Manage and properly archive the Arthrex library of advertising materials, and samples across the Naples campus
  • Manage the advertising invoicing process and cross-check against contracts for accuracy
  • Partner with cross-functional team of Purchasers, Accounting, AP and other financial departments to ensure accurate allocation of all Advertising invoices to proper Product Management teams

Education and Experience 1 year of experience with BS/BA degree in Advertising, Marketing Communications or related field preferred Experience with a Marketing/ communications agency or orthopedic company desired

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills Experience working with a variety of software tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and MRM and DAM systems is preferred.

Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
