We are looking for a talented, curious, and driven Social Media Coordinator to grow a robust online presence for our brand. Your role is to drive growth and build engagement on our platforms, including (but not limited to): Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn through developing photo and media content that incorporates recent social media trends for our leading brands on the daily basis. As a social media coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience effectively. This position requires organizational skills, effective communication skills, creativity skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills to manage multiple projects to meet client needs. This position requires collaboration with other Media team members, such as Traditional Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, brand specialists, and paid social ad specialists.Social Media Coordinator responsibilities:· Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.· Ensure consistency in the firm’s branding across all social media channels including tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging.· Create engaging and informative content (such as post, stories, videos, and graphics) for various social media platforms.· Manage the firm's social media accounts, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments and messages.· Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency across all channels.· Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.· Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.· Stay informed about legal industry trends and news to curate relevant content for our audience.· Implement strategies to attract potential clients through social media.· Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to stakeholders.· Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote firm events or special promotions.Salary: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year (based on experience)Employment Type: Full-TimeWorking Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST or 9:00AM - 5:30PM EST
