Description:A company is looking to bring on an individual to their Customer Outreach team in the Miami/Dade area. This individual will be supporting the FPL Storm Secure Underground Program connecting with service customers, explaining the Storm Secure Underground Program (SSUP), and obtaining the necessary documents and signature for utility easements to close out these FPL projects.Responsibilities:
This is a driving role and own vehicle must be used
Responsible for contacting each property owner to discuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer.
Discussing the SSUP project details to service customers
Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with the project as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easements and acknowledgement forms.
Customer outreach will also include on-going communication with the property owners and property occupants throughout all stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Organize and submit document electronically to the support team
Requires great customer service and communication skills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.
Be able to professionally communicate in person, over the phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors.
Ability to read and understand construction and engineering plans.
Coordinate special projects as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 10AM-7PMMinimum Qualifications:
Entry Level position
Must reside in the Miami/Dade area
Sales/Field/Door-to-Door experience
Proficient in English is required, Spanish and/or Creole a plus
This is a driving role and own vehicle must be used
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be able to pass Drug Test, and Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to engage in small talk and talk with strangers (over the phone and in person)
Ability to drive local and long distances on a regular basis
Must be able to lift 25 pounds
prior Utility experience a plus
Jeans or nice Pants and Steel-Toe Boots required
PPE (Shirt, Vest, etc) provided by Client
Company phone will be issued. May have to use personal phone in the interim
