We’re looking for AM and PM Servers to deliver friendly and efficient customer service to our diners and guests paying close attention to detail, standards and food safety.What you'll doBe part of a team that works towards a common goalGreet guests, take orders, serve, offer recommendations, and ensure the best dining experience for our guestsPossesses thorough knowledge of menu and hotel in order to answer all questions from guestsOversees table service start to finish and resetDelivers all requests from guests in a timely fashionInputs all orders into the POS system accuratelyEnsures work area complies with the Florida health codes at all timesMust be able to handle cash quickly and accuratelyPerforms proper cash, comp, and check control proceduresPerforms opening, running, and closing side workKeeps all stations stocked by polishing and distributing china, glassware, and silverwareOther duties as assigned by management needed for the team
