Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the print shop, ensuring smooth production and timely delivery of materials
Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize productivity
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and ensure accurate execution of print jobs
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials
Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff
Operate and maintain a variety of printing equipment, including digital printers, large format printers, and laminators
Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed to keep production running smoothly
Assist in the installation and setup of new printing equipment and software
Collaborate with the operations team to prioritize and schedule printing jobs based on deadlines and client requirements
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience (3 years) in operations management, preferably in a print shop or similar manufacturing environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in industry-specific software and equipment, such as printing machines and design software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Proven experience 3 Years working with printing equipment, including digital printers, large format printers, and laminators
Proficiency in operating industry-specific software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, RIP software, and color management tools
