Currently, we’re seeking a logistics coordinator to assist with our operations at our warehouse in Miami. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and shipping activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse coordinator must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for all of our product orders every day. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
Objectives of this role
Ensure that the warehouse shipping operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction and accuracy as the primary goals — by establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping methods.
Execute daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Responsibilities
Daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of freight .
Required skills and qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Associate degree (or equivalent) in logistics or supply chain management
Bi-Lingual Ability to communicate.
