I'm seeking a highly skilled and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across long distances, adhering to all traffic laws and company regulations.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) for long-haul routes.
Transport goods according to schedule and delivery deadlines.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment.
Maintain accurate logbooks and submit all required documentation.
Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and logistics teams.
Ensure the security and integrity of cargo during transit.
Qualifications:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
Current and valid DOT Medical Card (Med Card).
Clean driving record (MVR).
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and hours of service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
