Sunshine State A/C, Inc is a thriving Mechanical Contractor who's been around for 31 years! We are in search for experienced candidates to work in our Construction projects for the following positions:
HVAC Sheet-Metal & Fiberglass Duct Installers
Job Requirements
1. Ability to read and understand blueprints for each project given.
2. Study plans and specifications to determine the quantity of materials needed.
3. Familiar with a construction job site and OSHA Safety Standards
4. Knowledgeable in the HVAC Building Code Compliance
5. Piece together and Install aluminum, galvanized, stainless steel rectangular and/or spiral sheetmetal ductwork.
6. Able to insulate ductwork.
7. Fabricate and Install fiberglass ductboard.
8. Able to install air conditioning accessories along the ductwork such as grilles, linears, variable air volume boxes, and etc.
9. Mount air conditioning equipment along the ductwork such as air handlers, minisplits, and etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
1. 5 years of experience as a lead installer.
2. Must have your own hand tools.
3. 10hr or 30 hr OSHA certified
4. Bilingual in English & Spanish
