Great opportunity as a Fire Alarm Technician with a 20+ year company.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose problems to ensure quality performance of systems (Install experience required)
Communicate constantly with the Office Manager and Coordinator on delays, requirements and general status as well as maintain proper onsite paperwork and keeping accurate service tickets
Programming, troubleshooting and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, and specifications operational/product manuals.
Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations with FASS.
Respond to emergency after hour service calls as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 3+ years of Commercial Fire Installation/Service experience.
FASA/BASA 14 hour required will provide 6 hour renewal if required
Factory Certifications a plus
Strong knowledge of electronics and associated circuitry and troubleshooting.
Experience and knowledge in Potters, Gamewell/FCI, FireLite, Silent Knight, EST, Notifier, Starlink & AES Radio is preferred
