Responsibilities:
- Create floral arrangements for all occasions (weddings, funerals, holidays, etc.)
- Assist customers with floral selections and provide knowledgeable advice on flowers and care
- Prepare orders for delivery and ensure they are ready on time
- Maintain the shop, including keeping displays clean and organized
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
