Superior Skilled Trades is seeking experienced laborers for a project in Riviera Beach, FL
PAY: $20-$23/hour
HOURS: 60 hours/ week
SCHEDULE: 5:00 am-6:00 pm
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 9+ months
We are seeking reliable General Laborers to join our construction team. This position involves a variety of hands-on tasks to support daily operations and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with material handling, lifting, carrying, and moving heavier items as directed.
Perform general site cleanup, including removing trash/debris and preparing work areas.
Clean and scrape material back into containment areas to prevent cross-contamination.
Monitor conveyors and assist with general site maintenance.
Operate UTVs as needed.
Re-adjust medium-sized stones on structures under supervision.
Help with setup and cleanup to keep the site organized, safe, and free from hazards.
Qualifications for the labor:
Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.
Comfortable performing physical labor in an outdoor environment.
Experience with UTVs or construction equipment is a plus
Prior experience as a laborer in a construction, industrial, or similar environment preferred, but not required.
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
Additional Requirements for laborer:
Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
