PAVER & SCREED OPERATORS are responsible for safely operating the Paver & screed. Operators need to communicate and work together to create a consistent paving speed and uniform material application to produce the overall best quality of finished pavement. Screed operators must be able to troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to produce a great product. General clean up around job site.
MILLER OPERATOR is responsible for proper grade control, maintaining equipment in proper condition, doing preventative maintenance and assisting with minor repairs if/when needed. Operator must have knowledge and ability to inspect and replace milling teeth to assure proper cutting patterns on pavement surfaces. Must maintain sense of awareness and constant eye contact with co-workers around machine at all times. General labor duties as assigned when needed. General clean up around job site.
ROLLER OPERATOR is responsible to distribute, breakdown, compress and give a finished surface to cooling asphalt. Must have experience working with various pieces of equipment. General labor duties as assigned when needed. General clean up around job site.
LABORERS & LUTEMAN primary function is to use the lute rake to straighten asphalt joints and for hand working areas the paving machine is unable to reach to smooth irregularities, restore the finish surface, and to spread asphalt to proper grade and finishes before compaction. Cleaning excess asphalt off tools and equipment. Loading and unloading of materials. General clean up around job site.
All operators must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience with strong knowledge on proper use of equipment and are responsible for maintaining equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Working throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Martin Counties. Must be able to work in all South Florida weather conditions. Work hours, shifts and locations vary. Travel, Nighttime work and some Saturday work will be required.
VALID DRIVER LICENSE, AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE US AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION ARE ALL MANDATORY.
Previous work history will be verified prior to hire.

Effectively handle lifting of various objects and weights. Walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, pull, twist, stand, squat and sit.
