Description of Role as Medical Aesthetician:
You will have access to our industry-leading training. As a medical aesthetician at Royalty Care Med Spa , you must be enthusiastic about skincare and driven in promoting services and skincare products to meet individual, department and office goals. You will perform:
Facials
Microdermabrasion/ dermaplaning
Microneedling
Chemical peels
Body contouring treatments using Viora
Other standard aesthetician services.
Medical aestheticians must be willing to assist medical providers and turn the assisting role into an opportunity to meet personal and office goals. Medical aestheticians at Royalty Care Med Spa must be team players.
Education and Experience for Medical Aesthetician:
1. High school diploma or equivalent. College diploma preferred.
2. Must have active Aesthetician’s License for the state you are applying to work in.
3. Must have experience working at a medical spa or similar environment.
Essential Skills and Abilities for a Medical Aesthetician:
1. Able to assist and work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to prioritize among multiple requests.
3 Possesses a wide-ranging fund of knowledge applicable to skin care. While possessing the willingness and desire to learn more.
4. Demonstrable skills in sales, customer service, and time management.
5. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, friendly, passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the Aesthetics industry.
6. Must be prepared to work Monday - Friday, with flexibility if needs change.
Responsibilities of a Medical Aesthetician:
1. Greet guests and members in a professional and friendly manner. Must be able to suggest the appropriate services as well as skincare based on the customer’s needs and skin concerns.
2. Creates an excellent experience for customers with a friendly attitude. Demonstrates product and service expertise.
3. Actively recommends, promotes, and sell skincare & aesthetic services.
4. Maintain regular communication with front desk staff members. This will ensure promotion of products and optimization of scheduling. Provides clients with best customer service experience.
5. Maintain professional appearance at all times.
6. Provides back-up for all office staff and needs, as needed.
7. Interacts with patients, physicians, and other departments to resolve any issues.
