Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Use front desk and salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Utilize straight razors and other tools to perform precise and clean shaves
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide recommendations
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay updated on current trends in barbering and attend training sessions as required
Qualifications:
- Valid barber license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience as a barber, including proficiency in various barbering techniques
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus
