Job Summary/Company:

A Sparks Group partner is seeking a Sr. Software Developer for Cloud development to join their team building middle tier applications. This is a remote, Direct Hire position with a generous quarterly bonus. If you are interested in learning more about Sparks Group and the opportunity, please submit your resume and call today!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, design, implement and support migration of existing APIs to the cloud infrastructure
  • Assist in identifying and supporting standards for cloud development
  • Guide the delivery of services all the way to production
  • Develop/maintain regression and unit testing platforms with QA team
  • Establish/maintain application infrastructure using AWS

Qualifications/Background Profile:

  • 5+ years of Java and JEE experience
  • 1+ years of experience building and operating software in AWS, GCP or Azure
  • Solid understanding of Spring, JMS frameworks, RESTful Microservice, SOA and web services, WSDL/XSD
  • Solid understanding of Spring - Core, Caching, NoSQL databases, ORM, Spring, JDBC, etc.
