We're expanding our direct mail services and are hiring for a full-time Direct Mail Data Specialist proficient with variable data management, BCC Mail Manager™ and USPS bulk/direct mail policies and requirements. The opening is for a person managing the data processing of large mailing lists, coordinating EDDM, direct and other bulk mail jobs, preparing them for USPS under proper USPS bulk mail requirements and procedures.
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, high energy, ability to multi-task, commitment to completing projects and drive to grow and advance the department is a must. Be open to working with others and able to focus on project objectives, while also having the willingness to assist in other departments when/if necessary.
-Proficiency with BCC Mail Manager™ required
-Knowledge of and proficiency with USPS bulk/direct mail procedures required
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word required
-Demonstrated professional communication skills
-Dependable, reliable and Positive Attitude
-Ability to work under deadline constraints while maintaining focus on completing the project.
-On-site work required, this is NOT a remote work position.
