We are seeking an experienced moving room closers to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telemarketing and sales
Experience with Granot is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential customers.
Use persuasive communication skills to close sales and exceed sales targets.
Manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Work well with internal teams and contribute to the success of the company
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
