Job Description:
We are seeking an In Home Sales Representative to join our team. As an In Home Sales Representative, you will be responsible for closing in-home preset leads and achieving sales targets. Your duties will include conducting sales presentations, demonstrating RainSoft products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client records. Compensation is Base + Salary
Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales goals.
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
Determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Give sales presentations to prospective clients.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understand and promote RainSoft systems and company programs.
Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote RainSoft products and services.
Maintain client records.
Answer client questions about RainSoft systems, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport.
Fluency in Spanish.
Must have own transportation.
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
