We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales with decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Remote - Work from Home Position
Make outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients from provided and self-generated leads for Law Enforcement, Veteran, and First Responder related Non Profit Organizations located throughout New Jersey, Florida, Texas, NY, RI, VA.
Identify client needs and present tailored product/service solutions
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct product demonstrations and follow-up calls to advance the sales process
Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software
Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to support client acquisition and retention strategies
Stay up to date on industry trends, market activity, and competitive positioning
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in B2B phone sales or inside sales
Remote Positions Available
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a phone-based environment
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
