We're seeking a result-driven sales person to join our pre-owned car dealership.
This role demands an ambitious candidate to compliment our sales culture
to maintain/or exceed our proven track record leveraging social media and
digital platforms for high-scale sales.
This person must be self-motivated and able to learn quickly to understand and
communicate our ever changing vehicle inventory. Individual experience is always
a key factor but we're open to training the right person that fills the void.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We're a family pre-owned auto dealership located in Oakland Park, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
We have well over 50+ total years combined experience in the auto industry.
We help auto buyers from all walks of life throughout Florida.
We make it possible with our "Red Carpet Program" to assist buyers
across the country as well as internationally on customized vehicle purchases.
REQUIREMENTS:
Language Skills: "The Gift of Gab", Must be fluent in English, Spanish and we welcome all other languages.
Personality: Charisma, Persistence, Passionate, Good Listening Skills, Enthusiastic, Problem-Solving Skills
Confidence, Coachable, Positive Attitude, Kind, Approachable, A Leader who can follow instructions,

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Business Oriented, Customer Service-Minded, Goal Oriented and Goal Driven,
Work Hard but Work Smarter attitude, Great at using social media, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.
Any sales experience or customer service preferred, No experience required.
Team Collaboration: Team Player to work closely with other sales and finance team to streamline
the online-to-purchase process.
Stay updated on inventory, pricing strategies, and dealership promotions to ensure accurate
communication with customers.
Sales Performance Requirements: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and conversion rate targets.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments for vehicle showings.
Respond promptly to internet inquiries and online leads through various platforms
(website, third-party listings, social media, etc.).
Provide detailed information about inventory, pricing, and
financing options to prospective buyers through email, phone, text messaging and live chat.
Utilize social media to engage with prospective buyers, promote inventory, and
drive traffic to the dealership.
Build lasting relationships by providing personalized service and addressing customer needs
throughout the sales process.
SCHEDULE: PART-TIME, FULL-TIME, Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and
evenings or WORK-REMOTELY FROM ANYWHERE

COMPENSATION: $5,000 - $20,0000 /monthly
Competitive commission structure with daily SPIFs for sales associates
Weekly, Monthly individual and Team Bonus.
