Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to acquire new commercial clients through door-to-door visits and networking, thereby driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential commercial clients through door-to-door visits, networking, and research to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with business owners, property managers, and decision-makers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences.
Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the benefits of our lawn care services, tailoring presentations to address specific client requirements and objections.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present customized proposals and bids to potential clients, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in outside sales, preferably in B2B environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel is required. Candidates must be tech-savvy and capable of quickly learning new software and tools.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage voicemails, emails, and follow-ups in an organized and timely manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on kindness, graciousness, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Benefits:
Compensation:
Base salary of $60,000 per year.
Commission structure: 30% of the first month’s revenue from all new lawn maintenance contracts you personally secure.
Your commission earnings can range from $5,000 per year to unlimited potential, depending entirely on your performance and effort.
Example:
If you bring in a new contract worth $5,000 per month, you would earn 30% of that first month’s revenue — which equals $1,500. The commission is not ongoing. You will receive a onetime commission for the closing of the sale.
Health Benefits: Monthly stipend of $150 towards health insurance costs.
Paid Time Off: 5 days of vacation per year accrued monthly, increasing to 10 days after 2 years of employment. Additionally, we offer 3 sick days per year and paid holidays.
