Job Description:
We’re looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Representative Associates to join our team! If you have have phone sales experience and/or experience scheduling and booking interstate moves for household goods, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls, as well as communicate with potential customers through email and text messages.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and book interstate moves for household goods
Manage inbound and outbound calls while handling emails and texts from customers
Use Granot moving software is a must
Ensure excellent customer service and communication throughout the booking process
Requirements:
Experience scheduling and booking interstate moves for household goods is a plus!
Ability to multitask effectively across phone, email, and text communications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work within flexible hours, with a strong need for flexibility based on seasonal volume
Willingness to learn and adapt.
Hours of Operation:
10-6
Flexibility required depending on time of year and customer demand
