Job Description: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Fronters. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services and setting the stage for successful debt resolution. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and transferring qualified clients over to our senior settlement advisors.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Introduce and explain our debt settlement services
Qualify leads and gather necessary information
Make 600-1,000 outbound calls on a daily basis
Achieve and exceed daily/weekly targets and goals
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high volume calls on an auto dialer
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage and commission structure to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts and success.
Hourly Wage: $15.65 per hour
Commission: Earn an additional $30 to $60 for each candidate you qualify
