We’re hiring a proven Sales Floor Manager to lead and develop our team of health insurance agents.
We are growing fast, and we’re looking for an experienced leader who knows how to recruit, train, and develop closers in the private market health insurance space.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing a sales floor successfully
Deep knowledge of Private Market health plans (STM, Limited Med, PPO options, etc.)
Strong leadership and coaching ability – must know how to build closers
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Full-time availability, in-office role
