SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!
As part of our team, the Art Consultants should always present themselves as professionals with extensive knowledge on our collections. Learn the gallery's provided materials at all times, have the upmost respect for our clients and for co-workers. They understand the importance of knowing and learning about the artwork, the right wordage, dress code, and punctuality.
Qualifications:
Able to sell "High Ticket" Items and Merchandise to clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional follow-through-creative sales approach.
Experience working with Mac computers and Microsoft 365.
Customer interaction and outgoing personality.
Positive attitude and understand the importance of how this translates to the client's experience.
Must have Sales Experience in any field, Art Industry preferred.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Learn about the artist, artwork, and gallery procedures.
Greet all visitors that walk in, call or email the gallery.
Keep up with your clients via email regularly.
Follow corporate guidelines and protocols at all times.
