Job Description:
Ella’s Commercial Cleaning is seeking motivated sales professionals to help grow our
business. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients,
booking walkthroughs, and closing ongoing commercial cleaning contracts. This is a
commission-based role with high earning potential, especially for candidates with
experience in B2B sales.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads by going door-to-door or cold-calling
businesses.
- Schedule and attend walkthroughs to understand client needs and close contracts.
- Once the account is set up, follow up once to ensure the client is satisfied and everything is
running smoothly.
Compensation:
- Commission: You will earn 10-15% commission on the value of each contract you close.
The exact commission rate will depend on your experience and the size of the contract.
- Commission Payout: The commission will be paid over the first 3 months of the contracts
duration.
- Payment: Commissions are paid monthly for the first 3 months of the contract, based on
the client’s monthly payments. You must ensure the client remains on contract for the full 3
months to receive your full commission.
Expectations:
- After setting up the account, the salesperson is responsible for ensuring the client is happy
with the service.
- If the client cancels the contract within the first 3 months, any remaining unpaid
commission will be forfeited.
