We are looking for 3 seasoned top producers to join our sales team at our Boynton Beach office. We are not looking to waste our time or anyone else's and we stand to gain nothing by bringing someone in who does not produce and simply occupies a valuable seat in our office. We are looking for experienced and successful CLOSERS. This is a commission only position and again, we stand nothing to gain if you aren't making money. If you're not making money, we're not making money and you are not the right person for the position. We are looking for confident salesmen with a proven track record of success. We sell advertising to businesses in a magazine that goes out to various high end communities across the country. It is a very simple concept with great points of persuasion and rebuttals. You will have access to our state of the art dialer system and a very simple albeit effective, script to follow. Once you have a solid understanding of what we do, you will have the freedom and flexibility to make the script your own and personality, individual style and technique vary quite extensively among our best reps.
Office hours are 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday with some opportunity to work beyond that time frame, if you'd like. Commission is 25% of the total package sold, with packages ranging from $900-$3500+. Commission on this range is $225-$875 PER DEAL Someone with a solid skill set should have no problem writing up 1-3 sales per day.
We are looking for EXPERIENCED CLOSERS ONLY Those who are not afraid of rejection and know how to ask for the sale numerous times. Those who know they have nothing to lose by pushing a little bc they understand the value of a one call close. Those who know how to balance pressure with comfort and leave their new client excited about this opportunity and comfortable with having just given you their credit card. Those who are driven by income and enjoy reaping the rewards of their skill set on a basis of productivity. We have had numerous individuals jump on the phone their first day and turn in a sale within 20-45minutes because they knew how to SELL. I never refer to sales as "easy" but if you know how to sell, the concept is very simple.
We are a smaller office and do not have the resources to waste on someone who isn't writing business. We are looking for aggressive, motivated and talented reps looking for the next lucrative endeavor to monetize their skill set.
