UNARMED SECURITY JOB DUTIES: Patrol entire property, monitor entrance and exit of buildings. Follow direct instructions from head of security. Observe and report any and all suspicious activities and mediate resident conflict from escalating to violent conflict. Advise management in writing of any conflicts between resident as well as unsafe conditions and location of any repairs, broken sprinklers, lights out, etc. that need attention. Monitor all of the Condominiums. Report and document any and all infractions on property.

Rover Guards at communities in Pembroke Pines, and Miami Gardens:
Available shifts (9pm-5am) Tuesday - Sunday
(7pm-4am) Friday & Saturday
(9pm- 3am) Saturday & Sunday
Starting Pay: $14.50 p/h
Duties include: Golf cart (Deggy/Proxy) patrols, strict parking enforcement (Towing vehicles on a regular basis) and challenging people for IDs on a daily basis.
All applicants:
Must have a valid "D" license, reliable transportation, and a clean background.
English speaking a must Bilingual a plus.
