Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all operating procedures/policies/directives as assigned
Provide a sincere, friendly greeting/smile to all guests
Conduct security/contraband screening of guests and property
Serve where needed: Gate posts, barricades, roamer, bag-check, direct guests, dressing room/locker-room, etc.
Observe and report matters of concern or suspicious behavior
Respond to conflicts and emergencies, including detainment if required
Utilize effective interpersonal skills when dealing with guests
Notify police, fire, EMS if requested or warranted
Job Requirements:
Must have a valid Class D Security License
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be eligible and authorized to work in the US
Must possess a strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Guest Services driven
Outstanding communication and active listening skills
Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours (night/overnight shifts/weekend/holidays)
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
