Position: Wholesale and Retail Store Associate
Responsibilities:
- Help customers in person, by phone, and by email.
- Order picking / Invoicing (we'll offer training in how to operate our System)
- On-line Order Shipping (we'll offer training in how to operate our System)
- Do inventory tasks.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Fluent in real English and Spanish.
- Know how to use a computer (Windows, email, Microsoft Office, Google Apps).
- Some knowledge of social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience in customer service is a big plus. We will train you for the rest.
- Good health to carry boxes (0.5 lbs. to 25 lbs.) daily and stand for most of the day.
- High school level education.
- Clean Record - We'll Check.
Hours: Full Time + paid Over Time
Monday through Friday 8:45am to 6:00pm
Saturday, Sundays: Closed.
