What we are looking for:
- MUST BE COACHABLE! This means doing as told and being patient - "Wax on, wax off"
- Self-motivated
- That you're willing to learn and be taught real estate
- Naturally curious about real estate and how to make money with it

- Willing to not take rejection personally. You need to go through about 10 no's before getting a yes.
- Have reliable internet access, email access, and transportation (Google Suite is a plus)
- You can do this type of investing anywhere in FL, the training takes place on Zoom and in person.
