Real Estate Apprentice

Busy Real Estate Broker Associate in Coral Gables looking to work with eager licensed Real Estate Professionals! I have a proven track record of over 20 years of selling residential Real Estate. I am looking to work with someone to share my load of leads with, share commission and help build you up to be fully self sufficient. We're searching for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our team! If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, a real estate license, and reliable transportation, we want to hear from you. Ideally I am looking for 1-2 people with good people skills, can follow up diligently, are familiar with using a CRM, and are full time agents then you may be a good fit. If you have closed a few deals or are doing less than 1 deal per month and are looking to increase business while learning how to run a successful business contact me for an interview. Good communication skills, proficiency on the phone and speaking more than 1 language are positive but not necessary.
