Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations for multiple properties
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and tenant improvements
Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with property regulations and laws
Oversee rent collection and manage budgets
Prepare reports on property performance and financials
Qualifications:
2-3 years of property management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of property management software is a plus
