PART TIME: IN-OFFICE OUT-BOUND TELE-SALES- (RETIRED OK)
-LOOKING FOR PART TIME IN-OFFICE LEAD GENERATORS and CLOSERS
-25 to 30 HOURS MON-FRI,
-This in NOT a Work-from-home type position, so please dont ask
Real Estate, or Foreclosure, or Out-bound sales, or even Title Closing experience helpful
This is not a "Cold-Calling" type position, will work from established leads.
Bi-lingual helpful, but not necessary ( English/Spanish)
We have several shifts available:
1. Morning shift (9:30am- 3:00pm) - Monday through Friday
2. Midday shift ( 11am- 4:30pm)- Monday through Friday
3. Afternoon shift (2:30 - 8:00pm) - Monday through Friday
Great opportunity. We are a busy small business, and for over 19 years located in Oakland Park, and accredited with the BBB. We are looking for Outbound Tele-sales professionals to fill our expanding sales team. Person must like being on the phone. and will be working from leads provided, using no high pressure pitch to sell our services. We offer extensive training, and looking for LONG TERM candidates. Great pay potential. Must be well spoken, dependable, and motivated.
Must be well-spoken with a friendly outgoing personality
Some experience using sales "Scripts"
25-30 hours per week
Willing to follow-up with customers after hours
Motivated.
Well organized
Must like being on the phone.
Pay is $15 hour base salary (weekly) plus great commission.( the money potential is in the commission)
We are looking for dependable and energetic candidates. Must be hard working with
good phone skills, well organized, with basic computer skills.
Person must be able to work independently without much direct supervision.
Can be counted on to show up each day.
Has dependable transportation
Will train,
Retired ok.
