Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex
- Handle maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Assist with tenant relations and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and clean
- Manage leasing activities and tenant inquiries
Requirements:
- Handyman and maintenance experience
- Preferably a couple to manage together
- Reliable transportation
- Strong people skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently and as a team
