M.I.C. Field Inspection Services Inc. is growing! We provider property inspection services for insurance companies.
We are in need of Field Inspectors in Broward County and surrounding Areas.
Job Duties will include
Evaluate Property Condition: Inspectors assess the overall condition of the property, including its structure, roof, and more. They look for any signs of damage, wear, or potential hazards.
Document Features and Assets: Inspectors take detailed notes and photographs of the property's features and any valuable assets. This helps the insurance company determine the coverage needed and calculate premiums.
Identify Risks: The inspector looks for any risks that could lead to future claims. This includes things like potential hazards, water, or any other conditions that could cause loss or damage.
Verify Compliance: Ensuring that the property complies with local building safety regulations is another important duty. This helps in minimizing risk and ensuring that the property is up to standard.
Report Findings: After the inspection, a comprehensive report is created that outlines all the findings. This report is then used by the insurance company to make decisions about policy coverage and premiums.
Provide Recommendations: Inspectors may also provide recommendations for improvements or repairs that can reduce risk and potentially lower insurance premiums. and submitting the results via App site. Experience preferred but will train the right person.
Requirements:
Must have a smartphone. GPS is recommended but not necessary. Computer and a printer will be needed. Must be able to pass a background check (I will pay for the 1st check; you'll be responsible yearly). GENERAL INFORMATION:
1099 Independent Contractor.
Fee ranges from $21.00-$35.00 (5 per hour) exterior.
Inspector is responsible for inspection schedule, expenses and taxes. EIN is required (Application FREE).
