Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Apartments Leasing Manager at Waterview Apartments in Miami, FL. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, marketing and promoting available apartments, conducting market research, managing lease administration, ensuring resident retention, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospects.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration
Experience in market research and analysis
Background in property management
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with residents, prospects, and team members
Proven track record of successful resident retention strategies
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a related field (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, etc.) is a plus.
