Capturing and maintaining customer information in the dealership's CRM system.
Order Processing:
Handling paperwork related to sales transactions, including vehicle sales contracts and financing applications.
Payment Processing: Receiving and processing customer payments for vehicle purchases.
Sales Reporting:
Preparing and distributing sales reports to management, tracking sales performance, and identifying trends.
Communication:
Answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate sales personnel.
Appointment Scheduling:
Scheduling test drives and appointments for customers with the sales team.
Coordinating with the service and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Assisting with tracking and managing the used car inventory, including updating vehicle information in the system.
Paperwork Management:
Organizing and filing sales documents, invoices, and other paperwork related to vehicle sales.
Office Supplies:
Maintaining an adequate stock of office supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized.
Data Entry:
Accurately inputting sales data into the dealership's system.
General Administrative Support:
Providing support to the sales team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
