Major Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls along with emails and chat queries all within the shortest reasonable time frames.
- Provide the customer with accurate information about the products and services offered.
- Handle problems or complaints patiently and professionally.
- Record customer interaction reports and transactions in detail.
- Work with team members to find ways to enhance customer service.
- Stay abreast of product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service background or equivalent work experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good working knowledge of computers and customer service application software
- Ability to work with autonomy and manage time
Skills:
Good interpersonal skills coupled with a pleasant personality
Patience and professionalism in handling difficult situations
Organizational skills and multitasking capacity
Knowledge of CRM is a bonus
