Here's a glimpse into what your day might look like:
Your proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook will be essential for creating reports and maintaining accurate records.
You'll handle essential errands and tasks as needed, ensuring our office stays well-stocked and operates efficiently.
You'll collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and provide administrative support as needed.
Assist with payroll, tracking of assets, assisting the owner with multiple tasks, and dispatching occasionally.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Small business management experience preferred but not necessary
A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must speak English, Bi-lingual a plus
