We are a newly opened Home Health Agency in Miami Lakes seeking an experiencedAdministrator to lead and oversee our daily operations. This is a critical role as we work toward completing the requirements for our Medicare certification, including serving our first 10 patients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily agency operations
Hire, supervise, and support clinical and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations
Coordinate and implement the Medicare certification process
Support patient admission and care planning for the initial 10 Medicare patients
Develop and enforce agency policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in home health agency administration (required)
Knowledge of AHCA and Medicare regulations
Proven ability to manage operations, staff, and compliance processes
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt as the agency grows
Preferred:
Experience with CHAP, ACHC, or Joint Commission accreditation processes
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
