We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our organization as a Congregate Meals Site Administrator. As the Site Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our congregate meals program, ensuring the smooth delivery of meals to older adults in our community Senior Center This is a vital role that directly impacts the well-being and nutrition of our senior population.

Monday through Friday
8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the congregate meals site, including meal preparation, meal service, and clean-up, making reservations for clients, and completing the weekly roster.
- Receive meals from catering company and verify accuracy of order and perform temperature check of received food.
- Maintain accurate records of meal counts, inventory, temperature logs, and participant information.
-Ensure compliance with health and Food Safety regulations.
- Train and supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for participants, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- Complete new client assessments and annual assessments for all clients.
-Distribute and Read the monthly Nutrition Education
- Collect and count contributions and donations
